Looking for reliable, professional puppy care while you’re at work or out for the day? At Lead On – Dog Walking and Pet Services, I provide tailored puppy drop-in visits across Bishop Auckland, Eggleston, Romaldkirk, Middleton-in-Teesdale and Cotherstone, designed to support your puppy’s routine, development and wellbeing.

Young puppies need more than just a quick check-in. My puppy visits are structured, calm and age-appropriate, focusing on essential care, early training and confidence-building in a safe environment.

What’s included in each puppy visit:

• Toilet breaks and accident clean-up
• Feeding and fresh water (following your routine)
• Gentle play and companionship
• Early training support (name recognition, basic cues)
• Regular updates with photos for peace of mind

Enrichment & Early Development
Puppies benefit from mental stimulation as much as physical care. I include simple enrichment activities such as sniffing games, basic training and gentle handling to build confidence and support development.

I also offer safe socialisation outings (with owner consent), where your puppy is carefully carried or placed in a secure carrier to experience new sights, sounds and smells—helping them build confidence before they are fully vaccinated.

Two-Visit Puppy Care Packages
For younger puppies who cannot be left for long periods, I offer flexible multi-visit packages. A typical day includes:

• One visit focused on enrichment and calm development
• One visit focused on gentle play and interaction

This ensures your puppy receives the right balance of stimulation, care and rest.
